Cynthia Mercado Díaz currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for °ÄÃÅÌìÌìºÃ²Ê¿ª½±. Cynthia has more than 10 years of experience working in the Human Resources and Administrative field for the private and nonprofit sectors. She is a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional with excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship-management skills – a professional achiever and self-starter in a team environment as well as an individual environment.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Personnel Administration, both from the University of Puerto Rico, graduating with honors.
